Running An Organic Hair Salon
When I first opened my salon in SW Portland near Lake Oswego Oregon, nobody had ever thought of an organic hair salon. As I continued my education and became aware of products to protect my health, I wanted use them. If you know better, you should do better. Why should looking good come at the cost of good health?
Organic Hair Salon Products
When you enter my salon, you notice something that immediately sets ups apart from non-organic hair salons. There’s a lack of strong odors coming from the chemical based products other salons typically use, and an abundance of stylish accessories. I’ve researched various natural products available and found the best of the best in natural and organic products. The results are just as good, if not better, than their chemical counterparts. It’s certainly better for your health! With many shampoos and conditioners, perms and colors, styling aides, nail polish and polish removers I carry in my salon, you can be at ease knowing that you’re getting the best service possible.
Kid Friendly!
The hardest part about going to a stylist can be finding the time, especially when you’ve got kids. We understand this, so we’re set up as a children friendly salon. Don’t increase the cost of your salon visit by having to pay for a babysitter. Kids are usually pretty good when you give them something to do, and we have toys available for them to sit down and play with.
Make An Appointment!
The salon is by appointment only. When you call the salon, I personally set the appointment. I intend to give everybody my undivided attention. This is not your typical fast-paced salon where you run in and run out. Here you find that extra service and attention focused on you, so that you are looking the best you can when you leave.
