1. What hair services do you specialize in?
We specialize in haircuts, custom color, highlights, lowlights, styling, and treatments for most hair types. We know how to help you find the style that matches your face, color and goals. Every service is tailored to your hair goals, texture, and maintenance preferences. Call the salon
2. Do you require appointments, or do you accept walk-ins?
We are an appointment-only salon. This allows our stylists to dedicate the proper time and attention to every client and provide a relaxed, personalized experience.
3. Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes. Consultations are available and recommended, especially for color services, extensions, or major changes. This ensures we fully understand your goals before your appointment. Please call the salon with your questions and we will let you know if we can be of help.
4. Where is Superb Hair and More located?
We are located in SW Portland Oregon, in the Southwood neighborhood and proudly serve clients from Lake Oswego, Tigard, and surrounding communities.
5. Do you work with all hair types and textures?
Most. Our stylists have experience working with straight, wavy, curly, and textured hair, and tailor techniques and products to each client’s needs. Please call the salon and we can better answer your questions.
6. What products do you use in the salon?
We use all natural professional-grade products selected to support hair health, protect color, and deliver long-lasting results.
7. How far in advance should I book an appointment?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. For specialty services such as coloring services 2 weeks is minimum recommended to ensure we have the specific items needed for your service. Please call us and let us know what coloring or highlights are needed. Please see our scheduler for more details.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please call the salon directly for cancellation.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full service fee.
